Delivery


Deliveries.

We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the Goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Delivery Address

We are happy to deliver to any Mainland UK address. For certain products we are also able to deliver to the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland - please email orders@gardenersheaven.co.uk to check, and we will arrange alternative delivery methods. Additional costs my be required. To ensure that our couriers can deliver, the delivery address should be a full address including postcode.

Delivery procedure

The majority of goods are shipped from our central warehouse; a few products are shipped from other locations and in these cases you may receive more than one delivery.

 

IMPORTANT: When signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the box at all please sign for as "damaged" or do not accept the delivery. All items damaged in transit must be notified to us by sending an email to orders@gardenersheaven.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do this may result in the item not being replaced.

The legal stuff

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is dispatched, until which time gardenersheaven.co.uk are entitled to withdraw the offer.

gardenersheaven.co.uk will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
