It is our mission to ensure that your Gardenersheaven.co.uk shopping experience is simple and enjoyable.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase receipt*. The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Unfortunately Alexander Rose furniture is non returnable unless it is faulty. Email us at info@gardenersheaven.co.uk to obtain further details of returning your item.

When returning an item please note that in most cases we can arrange return carriage of your item for you but you are also able to arrange return carriage yourself. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc). If the goods are not faulty the initial delivery fee and the cost of return carriage will be deducted from your refund.

 For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via a quality sender. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. If you paid by cheque, your account will be credited. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original payment method for the returned item and a charge for the new item, plus shipping and handling.

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy

If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us by phone or email within 5 days of the purchase receipt so that our customer care specialists can explain what steps need to be taken. In most cases they will request a photograph of the problem and then offer an exchange or full refund.  If returned goods are not found to be faulty the initial delivery fee and the cost of return carriage will be deducted from your refund. After 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer about defective or damaged merchandise.
