The 30cc Ryobi RLT30CES Petrol Strimmer has many features normally associated with brushcutters of a higher price. These features include a centrifugal clutch for ease of starting and added safety. When you pull the engine over, the centrifugal does not allow the drive shaft & cutting head to turn, which makes the engine easier to pull over. The clutch stops the head turn on low engine revs, making for an extremely safe system.
