GLC2500 Cordless Reflex Strimmer (18v, 25cm)

This Black & Decker GLC2500 Cordless Reflex strimmer trims lawn edges and cuts grass in awkward places. No matter how far away you are from the mains supply, this cordless strimmer will do the job. It has a 30cm cutting swathe and reflex intelligent cutting system that knows when to feed out more line. Gear driven, the powerful motor gives increased torque for greater efficiency and a quicker cut. You can cut around trees, garden furniture and underneath shrubs quickly and easily. A secondary handle is adjustable to the height of the user, making it supremely comfortable to use and its nylon cutting wire is very safe.

In addition, it has a safety brake which will stop line rotation in under three seconds and a safety switch which prevents accidental starting as two triggers must be pressed together before the strimmer can be started. The 18 volt battery pack can be charged on the wall bracket or away from the unit and the trimming head can be twisted to convert it to the Trim 'n' Edge function for tidying lawn edges after mowing.
