Where do I use Topiary Shears?
If you are caring for box hedging (Buxus sempervirens) then annual shaping is required. Box responds well to clipping, and new growth can be trimmed throughout the growing season (May to September) to retain the plants’ shape. Clip topiary specimens twice a year – in May or June and again in September. If you can only do the job once, do it in September.
